Ingredients

2 lbs. green beans
½ cup walnut pieces
½ cup dried cranberries
½ tsp. salt
Honey mustard dressing (above)
Arugula flowers (optional)

Preparation

Snap both ends of fresh beans and cut them into three parts.
Add beans to boiling water for 5 minutes.
Strain beans and cool to room temperature.
Add walnuts, cranberries, and dressing, salt to taste,
and garnish with arugula flowers (optional).

Serves 4–6 people
