Ingredients

1 cup olive oil

1 Tbsp. liquid honey

1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

¼ cup fresh lemon juice (Meyer is best)

¼ tsp. salt (Himalayan pink salt is best)

⅛ tsp. black pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together
for about a minute or until you have an even consistency.
