1 liter (32 oz.) medicinal broth or water
¼ daikon root, cut in small cubes
¼ kabocha squash, cut in small cubes
1/2 cup soaked wakame seaweed, cut in small pieces
1/2 cup tofu, cut in small cubes
2–4 Tbsp. (or to taste) miso paste
Bring medicinal broth or water to boil, and turn down to simmer.
Add daikon and kabocha squash and boil for 20 minutes.
Add wakame and tofu and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Turn off heat and add miso paste to taste
(miso is alive, fermented food, so best not to boil it to keep its full nutritional benefit).
