Ingredients
2 small heads cauliflower
½ cup olive oil
½ tsp. salt (pink Himalayan is best)
½ tsp. black pepper
Fresh black truffle, shaved
Preparation
Cut cauliflower heads in half and place on a baking tray.
Pour olive oil and add salt and pepper evenly over cauliflower.
Roast at 350°F for about 20 to 30 minutes, until brown.
Take out of the oven and (optional) garnish with fresh shaved truffle. Enjoy!
